TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS
Payment can be made by via debits/credit card or PAYPAL directly from the pages of this site. All payments must be made in pounds sterling. No payments will be charged on cards until your order is processed.
Delivery within the UK is charged on all orders as shown within these pages and the amount to be charged will be shown on the final total before the customer can proceed with the order. In proceeding with the order it is deemed that the customer agrees with the quoted delivery costs.
Every endeavour is made to carry stock of all our range but delivery times could vary dependent on items involved and time of year. Should any goods ordered not be available from stock every effort will be made to quote realistic delivery times, excluding Sale or Promotional offers.
Prices quoted are fully inclusive of VAT.
Secure Payment by Credit Cards. Card details are encrypted and kept in a secure encypted gateway. Morston does not have access to your personal information and once a transaction is complete details are not retained.
By accepting our terms of business you are agreeing to be contacted by us with promotional material.
DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS
Under UK Distance Selling Regulations, you will have 7 days (from the day after receipt of your goods) to cancel the contract for your order with us.
In this case we will issue a full refund but you will need to return the entire order to us at your own cost.
If you decide to cancel your order with us you must let us know in writing (or email), quoting your order number on all correspondence.

We reserve the right to change or amend these terms of business as and when deemed necessary .
We will happily exchange or refund any unused goods if returned to us in perfect condition within 30 DAYS of receipt. All goods returned between 14-30 DAYS MUST BE NOTIFIED TO US IN WRITING (firstname.lastname@example.org).

We do not provide a returns label with goods, however upon the return of the item we will refund you the postage cost you paid at the point of order. This only applies to UK customers.
Goods should be posted back to us in an unused condition, in their original packaging with any labels/tags attached and intact, together with a copy of your invoice and a letter/note explaining reasons for return. The returned goods are the customers responsibility until they reach us at our office address.
**Please note that items ordered online can be returned in store however you will receive a credit note instead of a refund.
All orders will be stringently inspected and photographed prior to dispatch by our quality control department and should be returned in same condition.
Postage will be charged on all items returned for exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty Goods returns should be sent back to us in a clean condition as we are unable to accept soiled or worn items.

Sale items are non-returnable, normal items may be returned within 14 DAYS of purchase for a credit note or exchange - we do not provide refunds in store.
(This returns policy is only applicable upon our satisfactory inspection of the garment; with the understanding that the item is unworn, still has all the tags attached and the receipt is provided. Please call us in store for our full in-store returns policy guidelines)
