Pampeano Sereno Dog Collar

Meaning ‘serene’ in Spanish, the Sereno design is a favourite among our customers, proving to be a popular polo belt already. This colour scheme is inspired by the cool summer nights of Rio de la Plata in Argentina.

When selecting your polo dog collar size from the helpful drop-down menu above, please note that these lengths are taken from just the length of the leather on the dog collar, not including the buckle.

The leather that makes up all of our dog collars is of the same quality as that used on our stunning popular Argentinian pampeano polo belts. It has been hand selected by our local artisans in Argentina and expertly vegetable-tanned to create a finished product that is rich and supple yet tough and durable. The quality is consistent throughout all of pampeano’s leather products. The Aztec pampa patterns and diamonds are inspired by the Andes mountain range that overlook the polo fields of La Pampa. They are all hand-stitched by our own skilled crafts people who have perfected the technique which is passed down through generations. With all of our hand-made products, you are getting a true piece of Argentina that is original and unique, making it that extra bit special with no two quite the same.

A luxury leather Sereno dog lead is also available to match this eye-catching polo dog collar, again made from the same luxurious leather and designed with the same bold Sereno stitching. You can also buy a matching Sereno leather polo belt for yourself. This is the ultimate co-ordinated look for the most stylish dog walks around town or in the country. The dog lead is available in one standard length and two widths – skinny and standard to suit the size and breed of your dog.

  • Pampeano

Pampeano means “from La Pampa”, a wild region of Argentina renowned for its stunning, panoramic views and sun-drenched estancias; the region where pampeano was founded, and where our luxury leather accessories are still hand-made today.

Inspired by South America’s rich heritage of unrivalled horsemanship and traditional leather work, pampeano evolved from the polo fields of central Argentina, providing teams with their colours using intricately hand-woven leather polo belts; to becoming a leader in technical polo equipment.

Today, pampeano’s exquisite, traditionally made, quality leather goods are treasured by those that appreciate the simplicity, beauty and freedom of the South American lifestyle.

    Commitment to Quality

Pampeano remains one of the few luxury brands with quality and traditional craftsmanship at its heart; from our iconic luxury leather polo belts for which we are known world-over, to our seasonal ranges updated yearly to reflect the ever-changing world of fashion, the pampa diamond is a seal of quality trusted by people across the globe.

    Artisan Handcraft

Pampeano’s master artisans hand craft is incorporated into each product, hand-woven with the finest wax-dipped saddlery threads available, in a meticulous, painstaking practise which has been passed down within families for generations and takes up to five hours per piece.

    Born from Tradition

It is then vegetable-tanned and tumbled in a lengthy and traditional process passed down through generations using natural dyes which creates exquisite, butter-soft results in the luxurious leather which last for many years to come.

    Design

The iconic pampa diamonds are a traditional Aztec motif inspired by the peaks and valleys of the ancient Andes Mountain range. The eye-catching stitching is hand-woven using a thick, wax-dipped thread, originally used for saddlery. The wax coating enables the thread to glide through the leather for hand-stitching, whilst adding strength to the thread, and keeping the colour vibrant and looking its best.
