The Meindl Bellavista MFS walking boot stands proud as one of our best sellers. Constructed in Meindl’s very own factory, this classic walking boot represents skilled craftsmanship of the finest quality. Made from Nubuck leather the Bellavista MFS is durable and abrasion resistant.
The addition of a GORE-TEX lining ensures breathability and gives waterproof protection, all the while an Air-Active footbed redirects unwanted moisture away from the foot keeping you dry and comfortable.
A Digafix lacing system creates the perfect hold for your foot and is easily adjusted when hill-walking for optimum support and security. As comfort is of utmost priority for Meindl, the Bellavista MFS is fitted with a Memory Foam System. Shaped by body heat this additional padding adapts to the foot offering a customised fit whilst reducing any pinching or pressure.
Finished with a Multigrip 3 Vibram rubber sole, the Bellavista MFS has excellent traction and shock absorption on all terrains; a dynamic style perfect for all your hiking adventures.

    Once there were proper boot manufacturers in Germany – hundreds of boot factories. Today, Meindl is one of the few boot factories with proper production located in Germany. At their factory in Kirchanschöring in Bavaria, over 200 colleagues are employed in making boots – good boots, continuing a centuries-old tradition, because Meindl has made boots in Kirchanschöring for over 300 years. Even if their hand craft production is today supported by modern equipment, each machine is operated by a person, carrying out one of over 200 work steps that are required in manufacturing a high-quality walking boot. Their master shoe-makers have the sensitivity, the experience and the commitment that a natural product such as leather, the principal material, needs, and they implement their own quality-assurance systems. Meindl have not renounced hand-crafted quality in favour of breaking into the mass market. With ingenuity, flexibility and market focus, they make boots of hand-made quality, which is what the market expects from them.

    Producing over one million pairs of boots and shoes annually and supplying them for the most important outdoor markets of the world.
