Lowe Alpine Black Tensor 23 Rucksack

The Tensor 23 features the AirContour back system, with a pre-curved back panel that promotes a closer fit and more natural movement. A front stash pocket gives easy access so you can grab a guide book or snacks on the move, while an internal security pocket and zipped top pocket keep valuables like wallet and phone safe.

The 23 litre capacity has space for climbing gear and extra layers, and side compression straps add stability.

The Tensor 23 features a hook and loop pole lash, with updated TipGripper walking pole attachments, and stretch water bottle side pockets. Hydration compatible, and with a lightweight breathable back system, the Tensor 23 is ideal for day hikes, lightweight climbing and bouldering.

In 1967 Greg Lowe was desperate for better gear for his climbing & mountaineering exploits. He needed a backpack that could carry his gear securely but let him move freely on technical and demanding terrain. He designed ‘The Expedition Pack’, it featured an internal frame, compression straps and other never seen before features. Our first product is now considered the blueprint from which all modern, technical backpacks are derived.
