The Coast FL13R is a Dual Colour rechargeable head torch and offers a maximum output of 270 lumens white light from the COB LED at an excellent price.
A wide angle utility beam means the white light has a bright centre and a flood of light to provide excellent peripheral vision, to help keep you safer as you can see more around you. As well as high and low white settings, the FL13R also features a red COB LED that provides red and red flashing outputs. Red light preserves the eyes natural night vision and is great for close range tasks such as reading in the dark and not disturbing others who may be sleeping.
The built-in lithium-ion battery pack is charged via the micro USB port on the underside of the torch. Simply plug the micro USB cable into the charging port one end and the other end into a standard USB port or into a suitable USB mains/car adaptor.
An easy to use push button is located on top of the head lamp and cycles through the three brightness settings of high, low, red, red flash and off. The hinged bracket allows for beam adjustment to aim the light where you need it.
The headband is comfortable as well as adjustable and the FL13R is also hard hat compatible and includes four clips to keep the headband securely on the helmet.

So he went home and designed the answer: a sharper, more durable fillet knife suited specifically to the job.     For three generations, the Brands family has pursued the mission to make the working professional’s job safer and life easier. In 1919, when Henry W. Brands moved west from Illinois, he set out on a path of discovery our company has never left since.

    Practical meets professional. Henry arrived in the rugged Pacific Northwest as a hardware salesman but quickly realized some of the tools in the back of his Model T weren’t suited to his new home. Fishermen on the Oregon Coast told him they needed a stronger, sharper knife to fillet the 50-pound Chinook salmon still common then. So Henry went back to Portland, designed a better knife with a metal cleaning scoop on the back end of the handle, and returned to the dock with a knife that became so popular he couldn’t keep up with demand. It was COAST’s first innovation.

    Knowing our customers’ work and play. It’s still true for us today: Nothing can replace a handshake, a conversation, or a cold beer. We spend time with our customers to hear first-hand what they’re working on because knowing their real needs lies at the heart of all our designs.
