Rab Vapourrise Guide Pants are winter weight softshell trousersfor windproof, breathable, high wicking and quick drying performance.
A micro-pile inner effectively wicks moisture away from the skin, and a Pertex® Equilibrium outer ‘pulls’ this moisture to the outside of the fabric where it quickly dries. The outer is wind resistant, and it's DWR finish sheds rain and snow.
With high water repellency and breathability, 2 hand warmer pockets, half leg side zips, zipped leg vents, a part-elasticated waistband with beltloops and brace attachment points the Rab Vapour-rise Guide pants are ideal for UK winter mountain conditions, fantastic for use at altitude or on polar trips, where high levels of breathability are essential.

Pertex® Equilibrium® (DWR-treated outer): highly breathable lightweight double weave softshell fabric withhigh water repellency in key areas, for durability and comfort: balances high wind resistance with fast wicking and drying.
During high aerobic activity, moisture is transported away from the skin to the outside of the fabric where it evaporates, hence creating body temperature ‘Equilibrium’.

Rab is a United Kingdom mountaineering clothing and camping equipment manufacturer and supplier.
The company was founded in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, by mountaineer Rab Carrington. Their story began in 1981 in the attic of a small, terraced house in Sheffield where Rab Carrington made the first sleeping bag to bear his name. Hand-stitched and devised with his own ingenious eye, Rab's experience from years spent in the mountains was apparent in his designs, and soon there was popular demand from Rab's friends and the growing local climbing community.
But things didn't stop there. Word soon spread, and the Sheffield attic became a factory floor, creating sleeping bags and jackets for customers far and wide. Now, decades later, those honest, hard-wearing designs can be found all over the world; wherever adventurous individuals face up to the elements.
